Returns
After receiving your parcel, you have a delay of 14 days to return your purchase* (at your charge and by recorded delivery) if it doesn’t suit (excluding sales and promotions). Don’t hesitate writing us here if you have questions about the returns. Upon receipt of your parcel in our offices, you will be immediately reimbursed on the same bankaccount from which the payment was done. (Delay maximum 10 working days). The products have to be returned in the original packaging and in their original state.
